Privacy policy

betta.nu collects as little as possible. This page says what we process, why and for how long.

Data controller

betta.nu is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. You can reach us via the contact page.

What we process

Server logs. When you visit the site we log the IP address, time, requested page, browser and response code. We use the logs for operations and security and delete them after 30 days. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

Language choice. If you switch language, a cookie with your choice is stored for one year. It contains only the language code.

Cookie choice. Your choice in the cookie banner is stored locally in your browser. It is not sent to us.

Anonymous statistics. Only if you chose "Accept" in the cookie banner. The statistics show which pages are read. No statistics service is switched on at the moment.

What we do not do

We have no accounts and no forms that store data. We show no advertising based on profiling and we do not sell data.

Links to bookmakers

Links marked "Advertising link" lead to the bookmakers' own websites. When you click, the bookmaker or its affiliate network may register that you came from betta.nu. What happens next on the bookmaker's site is governed by their privacy policy.

Age limit

The content is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Since we only process server logs and a language choice there is rarely anything to hand over, but do ask.
